We want you to be completely satisfied with your acoustic treatment; if you are not happy with your purchase, you may return standard products within 30 days of receipt. Please note that custom-made orders and bespoke acoustic panels are non-refundable due to their unique specifications.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team or log into your account portal to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Secure Packaging
Carefully repack the items in their original shipping boxes with all protective internal packaging to prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Items
Affix the return label and ship the package back to our facility using a carrier that provides tracking and insurance.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods for quality, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus applicable shipping fees.
